ALL-IN-ONE DISPATCH CONSOLE

New generation of dispatch consoles was developed on a basis of rich experience with production of dispatch systems and combination of modern technologies. The ever increasing demand for user-friendly interaction and state-of-the-art graphical interface and the need for integration with external applications has led us to the development of custom-made hardware in combination with an embedded PC for visualization components running on an independent computer module operated by Linux OS.

Hardware

All the critical hardware components, including LCD panel, speakers and microphone, are fully integrated into a single case. The installation of the console is very easy and can be extremely mobile – just plug in the power supply and ethernet cable and the console is ready to use. If needed, it is possible to connect various external equipment – PTT microphone, headset or foot switch.

IP Connection

The console communicates with the system via custom-developed hardware and software module using ethernet interface and IP protocols. Audio signal is transmitted over RTP protocol with multiple standard audio codecs to choose from. Coding and decoding is ensured by built-in hardware codec which guarantees high degree of reliability and doesn’t interfere with other high priority tasks.
