School project prepared for National Motorway Company of Slovakia.

This industrial car concept was designed for spraying special liquid (sap) layer on a concrete base before applying asphalt on the top of it as a final layer. This material keeps asphalt and concrete insulated for achieving longer stability of the concrete layer. Even when asphalt cracks, water, salt, sand and other unwanted materials will not leak into the concrete.

Car is designed with option to turn the driver’s cabin 180degrees allowing for precision manipulation of the car. Inspiration came from Zamboni. With the cabin in its regular position, the car can get to any location by using normal traffic and does not need to be transported by other means (i.e. two truck, flat bed, crane, etc.)
